But you can also cheer or jeer (a little) based on the guys comments.  This is a show w/ an audience, so there is expected to be some interaction.  We seem to get feedback that the last 30 minutes, the part only on radio where you are supposed to be asking questions, is a “waste”.  You all don’t have any questions, really, because they’ve covered everything.  We need to know this, we may consider dropping it.  Every Show you attend, you get two Free Raffle Tickets (1 Red, 1 Blue)  EVERY Show two of the Red Prize tickets are pulled for prizes that night: about 30 minutes into show, for Ravens Merchandise or an Original Greene Turtle Gift Certificate.  At the end of the show, another drawing; this one will always be Ravens Merchandise.  The Red tickets, after each, show are discarded.  The Blue Tickets are for the Grand Prize of a Ravens Trip for 2 to San Diego.  The Drawing is Wednesday, November 30th & you must be present to win!  You get a blue ticket for the Trip for every show you come to, so the more shows, the more chances.  Note: No Worries, these tickets will be kept in a separate bucket, from the Red tickets that get discarded weekly.  For this drawing on 11/30/11, there will be a runner up prize of a Turtle Gift Certificate PLUS a Real Nice Ravens Piece.  Show starts @ 7pm, ending time may vary slightly.  Show is usually Wednesdays, except for Thanksgiving & possibly Monday or Thursday games.

Ravens Poop
·        The Ravens embarrassed themselves on Monday Night Football, losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars 12-7.  The defense held the Jags to four field goals, three of which were better than 50 yards.  But the offense was pitiful, mustering only one lone touchdown at the end of the game.  Next up, Cardinals @ Ravens, Sunday 1pm.  Can you say Heeeeeeap?
·        Good news notes and nuggets from Sarah Ellison’s Blog here.  It’s getting to the point where I can hardly stand ESPN, but I do go Jamison Hensley’s Blog here to stay up to date with all of the AFC North news.

Funny Poop
·        A newly discovered chapter in the Book of Genesis has provided the answer to "Where do pets come from?"

Adam and Eve said, "Lord, when we were in the garden, you walked with us every day. Now we do not see you anymore.  We are lonesome here, and it is difficult for us to remember how much you love us."

And God said, "No problem! I will create a companion for you that will be with you forever and who will be a reflection of my love for you, so that you will love me even when you cannot see me.  Regardless of how selfish or childish or unlovable you may be, this new companion will accept you as you are and will love you as I do, in spite of yourselves."

And God created a new animal to be a companion for Adam and Eve.

And it was a good animal.

And God was pleased.

And the new animal was pleased to be with Adam and Eve and he wagged his tail.

And Adam said, "Lord, I have already named all the animals in the Kingdom and I cannot think of a name for this new animal."

And God said, "No problem. Because I have created this new animal to be a reflection of my love for you, his name will be a reflection of my own name, and you will call him DOG."

And Dog lived with Adam and Eve and was a companion to them and loved them.

And they were comforted.

And God was pleased.

And Dog was content and wagged his tail.

After a while, it came to pass that an angel came to the Lord and said, "Lord, Adam and Eve have become filled with pride. They strut and preen like peacocks and they believe they are worthy of adoration.  Dog has indeed taught them that they are loved, but perhaps too well."

And God said, "No problem! I will create for them a companion who will be with them forever and who will see them as they are.  The companion will remind them of their limitations, so they will know that they are not always worthy of adoration."

And God created CAT to be a companion to Adam and Eve.

And Cat would not obey them.  And when Adam and Eve gazed into Cat's eyes, they were reminded that they were not the supreme beings.

And Adam and Eve learned humility.

And they were greatly improved.

And God was pleased.

And Dog was happy.

And Cat didn't give a shit one way or the other.

·        The Ravens pounded a very game Houston Texan team 29-14 Sunday @ M&T.  Q had a huge game as did Bazooka Joe and Little Ray; Ray Lewis became the first player in NFL history with 40 sacks and 30 picks.  Next up – the 1-5 Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football.  Will the Ravens take them lightly?  Are these next two games back-to-back trap games (next week the Ravens play at home against the 1-4 Arizona Cardinals) before travelling to Pittsburgh November 6?

Funny Poop
·        An old guy and his son had a one-mule farm where they eked out a living.  One day, the son hit the lottery and won $50,000.  He rushed into town, collected his money, then hurried back home, where he told his father the good news, and handed him $50 bill.  The father looked at the money for a moment and then said, "Son, you know I've always been careful with what little money we had.  I didn't spend it on whiskey or women.  In fact, I couldn't even afford a license to legally marry your Ma."  "Pa!" the son exclaims, "do you know what that makes me?"  "Sure do," said the old guy fingering the fifty-dollar bill.  "And a damn cheap one, too."

Ravens Poop
·        The Ravens destroyed the Jets 34-17 behind a blistering defense that scored a team record three touchdowns.  This week the Ravens have their bye week before returning home to play the tough Houston Texans on Oct. 16.
·        Jarret Johnson is the AFC Defensive Player of the week.  He’s the third Raven in the first four weeks to win the award.
·        Good news notes and nuggets from Sarah Ellison’s Blog here.  It’s getting to the point where I can hardly stand ESPN, but I do go Jamison Hensley’s Blog here to stay up to date with all of the AFC North news.

Funny Poop
·        Jake was sitting in a bar and noticed a group of people using sign language.
He also noticed that the bartender was using sign language to speak to them.
When the bartender returned to him, Jake asked how he had learned to use sign language.
The bartender explained that these were regular customers and had taught him to speak in sign. Jake thought that was great.
A few minutes later Jake noticed that the people in the group were waving their hands around very wildly.
The bartender looked over and signed, "Now cut that out! I warned you!" and threw the group out of the bar.
Jake asked why he had done that and the bartender said, "If I told them once I told them 100 times - NO SINGING IN THE BAR!"

Baltimore Ravens, let’s go
And put that ball across the line
So fly with talons spread wide
Go in and strike with Ravens pride
Fight! Fight! Fight!
Ravens dark wings take flight
Dive in and show them your might
For Baltimore and Maryland
You will fly on to victory
