Roost #44 Poop

Frank’s note: All items subject to change/cancellation

From the Prez

MEMBERS OF RAVENS ROOST 44, HATS OFF TO ALL THAT HELP TO MAKE THIS YEAR'S CONVENTION A HUGE SUCCESS!!!  Too many names to mention, but the golf tournament had about 9 volunteers.  Many thanks to Don and the committee for a job well done.  Don will give you the results on Thursday at the meeting.  Last I heard there was 128 golfers playing.

Now for the convention we had over 20 members in the parade, lots of tired feet, but made the parade such a huge success!!!  We had about 10 members helped with preparation getting things ready for the convention.  Lots of help from the Roost members.  As your Prez I could not have been more pleased to see all members giving their time to the success of this year's convention.  We did capture one trophy in the cornhole event.  Bill and Larry, your Prez, won 2nd place.  I have another commitment on this Thursday, so Donna will be conducting the meeting.  I also want to shout out to Frank and Sue for the tremendous help for all that they did in hosting the hospitality room.  They also put money out of their own pocket, so as President I am requesting the treasurer to give them a check for $100.00 towards the cost of the goodies and drinks.

Again, too many names to mention, but you know who you are.  Many thanks and it shows no I in TEAM!!!.  Way to rock, Ravens Roost 44, it makes me proud to be your president.  Let's continue to work together to make our Roost Number One.

Your Prez,

Larry

"They've stolen the dashboard, steering wheel, brake pedal, even the accelerator," he cried out.

However, before the police investigation could get under way the phone rang a second time, with the same voice came over the line.  "Never mind," said the drunk with a hiccup, "I got in the backseat by mistake."
