Friday &
Saturday - Wine
on the Beach, Hugh T. Cropper Inlet Parking Lot. Wine on the Beach launched in 1994 to
introduce the Maryland wine industry to the Delmarva region and extend the
beach season into fall. Since then, this
inlet wine festival and beach party has become an annual tradition among family
and friends who like to learn about Maryland wines, taste and purchase new
products, and stock up on old favorites. Wine on the Beach has also become a special
place for class reunions and bachelorette parties, among others.
Wineries will
be bringing more varieties and volume of their wine to the festival this year
to keep up with increased demand. Unlike
most wine festivals, Wine on the Beach has diversified and now features Maryland
craft beers. In 2019, Anheuser-Busch
products will be featured, including OC favorite Land Shark Lager. The festival will be larger this year as well,
with more beach area and picnic tables to enjoy food and wine!
Wine on the
Beach also features live music and popular regional bands! Check out the entertainment schedule below.

The drunk staggered up to the hotel reception and
demanded his room be changed.
"But sir," said the clerk, "you have the best room in the hotel."
"I insist on another room!!" said the drunk.
"Very good, sir. I`ll change you from 502 to 555. Would you mind telling me why you don't like 502?" asked the clerk.
"Well, for one thing," said the drunk, "it's on fire."

Went to the doctor for my yearly physical.
The nurse starts with certain basics.
How much do you weigh?' she asks. '135,' I say.
The nurse puts me on the scale. It turns out my weight is 180.
The nurse asks, 'Your height?'
'5 feet 4",' I say.
The nurse checks and sees that I only measure 5'2".
She then takes my blood pressure and tells me it is very high.
'Of course it's high!' I scream, 'When I came in here, I was tall and slender! Now I'm short and fat!'
She put me on Prozac. What a bitch.
