Roost #44 Poop
· Dates to Remember:
· Tonight – A very special Ravens Rap @ the Blue Ox – Ravens owner Mr. Steve Bisciotti will be in the house! Ravens Room open up to customers at 6pm, every show. We will now not be taking a real break after the “6 minute segments”; we will close out with clapping & start back up after about 10-15 seconds. We will now just take breaks after the 15 minute full segments. You may whisper amongst each other, there doesn’t have to be total silence. We can’t have any cursing. But you can also cheer or jeer (a little) based on the guys comments. This is a show w/ an audience, so there is expected to be some interaction. We seem to get feedback that the last 30 minutes, the part only on radio where you are supposed to be asking questions, is a “waste”. You all don’t have any questions, really, because they’ve covered everything. We need to know this, we may consider dropping it. Every Show you attend, you get two Free Raffle Tickets (1 Red, 1 Blue) EVERY Show two of the Red Prize tickets are pulled for prizes that night: about 30 minutes into show, for Ravens Merchandise or an Original Greene Turtle Gift Certificate. At the end of the show, another drawing; this one will always be Ravens Merchandise. The Red tickets, after each, show are discarded. The Blue Tickets are for the Grand Prize of a Ravens Trip for 2 to San Diego. The Drawing is Wednesday, November 30th & you must be present to win! You get a blue ticket for the Trip for every show you come to, so the more shows, the more chances. Note: No Worries, these tickets will be kept in a separate bucket, from the Red tickets that get discarded weekly. For this drawing on 11/30/11, there will be a runner up prize of a Turtle Gift Certificate PLUS a Real Nice Ravens Piece. Show starts @ 7pm, ending time may vary slightly. Show is usually Wednesdays, except for Thanksgiving & possibly Monday or Thursday games.
· Friday – Water Conservation Group Meeting @
· Saturday, November 19, 3pm. – RR44 has been invited to The Burley Oak Brewing Company for a private tour and tasting. Burley Oak is the new micro brewery located in Berlin @ 10016 Old Ocean City Blvd. The new Tap Room that serves the beers brewed on premises is becoming the "In" spot for social gatherings in and around Berlin. Bryan, the owner and Brew Master, will give us a personal tour of the brewery, explaining how the beer is made and what to look for in the different styles they brew. We will then have an opportunity to sample several of the beers. The $10/pp cost includes a "flight" of 3, OR your choice of a pint of the beers currently on tap, as well as a selection of light snacks. You may, of course, purchase additional pints of your favorite brew. There is no food served here, so I will be bringing in some snacks, but you can also order pizza delivered to the Tap Room, or go into downtown Berlin for dinner after the tasting. We will all meet at the Brewery. There will be a sign up sheet at our Nov. meeting and will collect money then. If you can let Gary know before the meeting, he will add you to the list and collect the money at the meeting. This will be a fun time and an opportunity to sample some really good beer. Call Gary if you have any questions. 443-618-9972

· The Ravens came back from a 21 point deficit to beat the Arizona Cardinals 30-27. The Ravens will have to play better if they want to sweep the season series against the hated Steelers, Sunday 8:20 pm in Pittsburgh. Anyone planning on watching the game at the Blue Ox, please let Jo Ann Elder know by phone--410-250-5124, or email: jelder10@verizon.net, by Friday. Since it's a late game, they would like to be prepared for us.
· Good news notes and nuggets from Sarah Ellison’s Blog here. It’s getting to the point where I can hardly stand ESPN, but I do go Jamison Hensley’s Blog here to stay up to date with all of the AFC North news.
· Saturday – 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Join the Freeman Stage @ Bayside for a special Off Stage Series performance of Blue Jupiter at Delaware Technical & Community College - Owens Campus, located in Georgetown, DE. Blue Jupiter is a powerful pop-jazz-funk a cappella quartet: Marty the beatboxer, Chris the screaming-high tenor, Jonathan the human orchestra, and Diana- (Blue Jupiter's secret weapon) a Broadway singer and voice-over artist. These four voices will set the audience ablaze with their infectious energy, seamless harmony and thunderous vocal percussion. You'll swear they have a back up band... but they don't.

Funny Poop
· A guy meets a hooker in a bar. She says, "This is your lucky night. I’ve got a special game for you. I’ll do absolutely anything you want for $300, as long as you can say it in three words." The guy replies, "Hey, why not?" He pulls his wallet out of his pocket, and one at a time lays three hundred-dollar bills on the bar, and says, slowly: "Paint…my…house."

Baltimore Ravens, let’s go
And put that ball across the line
So fly with talons spread wide
Go in and strike with Ravens pride
Fight! Fight! Fight!
Ravens dark wings take flight
Dive in and show them your might
For Baltimore and Maryland
You will fly on to victory
