  • Today - Summer in the City - Afternoon Showing | A fun, new musical stage production.  The OC Jamboree.  "Summer In The City!" is our fun new musical stage production for the 2014 summer season.  It's a great new OC Jamboree production that's sure to be a highlight of your trip to Ocean City!  Settle into those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer.  Come feel the beat of the rhythm in the heat of a summer night.  National Top 100 Country Recording Artist Dave Weatherholtz once again hosts an All Star Cast that includes Sharon Sorrentino,  Sean McNelis and Charlie Sorrentino.  Join us for this great new show that gives tribute to some of your all time favorite music of the 60's, 70's and 80's.  In the tradition of OC Jamboree summer productions, "Summer In The City!" promises to be a foot tappin', finger snappin', belly laughin' good time.
Young and old alike will find themselves singing along with our mini tribute to those great hit songs of the British Invasion.  Audiences of all ages will continue to be amazed by the spellbinding wizardry of illusionist/magicians Harry Edwards and Charlie Sorrentino.  So don't let the solid gold, summer hit parade pass you by.  Pack up the entire family and head to the beach this summer, then sit back, relax, put up the beach umbrella, throw on the Coppertone, tune in your old transistor radio to The OC Jamboree and get ready to sing along!
Tickets are $24.75 for adults and $8.50 for children.
Gore Vidal’s professional life spans more than fifty years, during which he’s had a profound effect on the worlds of literature, film, and politics. Anchored by a blend of intimate one-on-one interviews with the man himself along with footage from Vidal’s legendary on-air career, this film reminds us why he stands as one of the most brilliant and fearless critics of our time. Featuring recordings of Vidal in his final years, the film explores his views on America in the twenty-first century and his global impact on art, politics, the current state of the Republic, and the health of US democracy. This new documentary tells the fascinating story of one of the most prolific figures in the age of American liberalism. A columnist from The Huffington Post believes, “few docs can equal Gore Vidal: The United States of Amnesia by Nicholas Wrathall, a portrait of the novelist, playwright, polemicist, public intellectual.” This film had its world premiere at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival.
  • Friday - Film Screening - Delmarva Roots, Milton Fire House.  This evening will feature two 45 minute showings.  The first is From the Burg to the Barrio.  From the Burg to the Barrio shows an ethnic neighborhood in transition, with all the tensions and contrasts as different cultures meet.  Afterwards, we bring it a little closer to home with Pieces of Tangier.  Pieces of Tangier explores Tangier Island, Virginia, a remote watermen’s community founded in the 1600s. The 450 people living there are fighting to preserve their way of life against the triple threat of government regulations, population decline, and erosion. Tangier Island’s political and environmental changes could lead to its inhabitants having to make the tough decision to move off the Island onto the mainland.
Admission price for adults is $5 and for children under 12 years of age, $3. Through Noon, Friday March 14, you can purchase reservations, at the RBFS office, or by phone (302-645-9095). Tickets may be available at the door.

Funny Poop
  • A man received the following text from his neighbor:
I am so sorry Bob. I've been riddled with guilt and I have to confess. I have been tapping your wife, day and night when you're not around. In fact, more than you. I'm not getting any at home, but that's no excuse. I can no longer live with the guilt and I hope you will accept my sincerest apology with my promise that it won't happen again.
The man, anguished and betrayed, went into his bedroom, grabbed his gun, and without a word, shoots his wife.
A few moments later, a second text came in:
Correction: I meant "wifi", not "wife".
