Clarification

There has been some misinformation and disinformation floating around social media the last several days regarding Ravens Roost #44.  As Chairman of the Board, please allow me to clarify for the record:

I say emphatically, Ravens Roost #44 IS NOT having a fundraising event at Coastal Smokehouse.  Period.

In the last 25 years, Ravens Roost #44 has developed relationships with the people and businesses in our community, and will continue to do so. Since our inception, through our fundraising efforts, we have raised close to $500,000, which we have given back to the community in the form of charitable donations and scholarships to local students.

Ravens Roost #44 joins the community with the heartbreak of a young life taken and the hope that those responsible are apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
