Important changes have been made to Maryland's recreational sport fishing licenses for 2011. They include creation of a comprehensive saltwater license for tidal waters in Maryland including Ocean City and the coastal waters. Changes include license fees for non resident anglers and modifications to the requirement to register for anglers exempt from purchasing a license.
